No, there is basically nothing practical you can do about it. Unless you want to spend a lot money on lawyers. Or use you all energies to pursue the copycats one by one. Only big corporations like newspapers have such resources. Not private bloggers like us. Google isn't of any help at all to us. Copycats know this, hence it is the business model of many such viral list sites. Just keep on creating and be happy because you are driven by passion. Don't think about it. All the best.
