This is the best roti canai / prata in Johor Jaya Ros Merah and one of the best in JB. Boss Fahrul has been flipping roti for over 20 years - he flips the dough big and wide like a large scarf so we get prata that is crisp on the outside and the many folds inside are moist and gently chewy. Enjoy it with nice mild curry that is spiced up with sambal chili with lots of anchovy taste.

One of 3 restaurants by the family of Ah Kaw who created the iconic Johor Bahru dish, San Lou bee hoon. The bee hoon is well caramelised and crisp outside, while the inside is moist with stock, soy sauce and oyster sauce etc. They have other popular dishes too like har cheong gai (fried chicken in prawn paste), fried pucuk paku (a fern) vegetable, curry pork, prawn roll etc.
