Back this morning at 世纪好味 at Kim Ling coffee shop in Taman Perling, to one of my favourite pork organ soup stalls. One of my favourite dishes, there aren't as many pork organ soup stalls in JB compared to Singapore. Fortunately, there is a good one like 世纪好味.

世纪好味 is still at Kim Ling coffee shop in Taman Perling :-D It's been four years since I last came here.
Mr. Ang founded his stall over 30 years ago in 1982. He was at Taman Century 世纪花园, hence the name "世纪好味 Century Good Taste".
Mr Ang's broth is basically pork bone stock with preserved Chinese mustard 咸菜 and sour plum. Mr Ang enthusiastically highlighted that this is the old Teochew way.
I had a bowl of mixed pork innards with yam rice for RM9.50.
The broth is sourish savoury which many people felt is appetising. Personally, as I am not a sour food person, I prefer broths that are just savoury sweet. But, I like it that this soup is not too oily.
For me, the best part of Mr Ang's pork organ soup is the innards. The organs are very well cleaned. There are pork tongue, heart, liver, kidney, intestines, pork belly and lean meat. They are tender, juicy and I can taste the fresh pork's natural sweetness, which I like.
Mr Ang also serves this popular braised pork trotters. But, I didn't try this today as I wanted to save my stomach to check out other food stalls.
->> Pork organ soup is an acquired taste and Mr Ang has his regular customers. Most of 世纪好味's regulars love their sourish broth and tender, naturally sweet pork organs.
