Artemis Grill & Sky Bar • Capitagreen Rooftop Singapore

✍17 Oct 2025. A new Era of Artemis Begins.

Artemis recently re-opened its Mediterranean inspired grill restaurant, rooftop sky bar, and event space. Strategically located at the prestigious core of Singapore's Central Business District - 138, Market Street, Capitagreen, Level 40.

Artemis means "sea in the middle of the earth" in ancient Rome.

From its 40th floor perch, high above the financial heart of Singapore, Artemis looks out to the south where a splendid view of Marina Bay spreads out in its full sparkling glory.

I was invited to the Artemis Sky Bar relaunch media preview event on 15 Oct 2025.

In the middle was a real century old olive tree - a surprise as it came from a very long way to here but a most apt centrepiece as olive trees are emblematic of the Mediterranean.

Canopies bloom above like giant white palms.

Cosy spaces with Singapore's picturesque skyline as backdrop like a glittering million dollar painting.

On one side, the bar was buzzing with energy with everyone gravitating here to get their recharge 🀭

In Bloom cocktail.

Pink Bloom cocktail.

After two Blooms, feeling tipsy nostalgic, I decided to try my luck and asked Francis for a Gunner.

It was my first cocktail as a newly minted 2nd Lieutenant at Tengah Air Base quite some time ago 🀭 At that time, Hainanese Ah Ko in their black pants, white long sleeves and bow tie still tended the bar at Tengah Officers Mess.

At that time a Gunner cost S$1, maybe less, I can't remember exactly.

Francis had a double take. No one had asked him for a Gunner for a very long time - I know right πŸ˜„

But, he obliged me anyway, even on this very busy night πŸ™

It's a concoction of ginger ale and ginger beer, with a squeeze of fresh lime and a dash of Angostura bitters.

I learned tonight that it's considered a non-alcoholic cocktail πŸ€”

My world came crashing down, my whole life was a lie 😭 I always had the delusion that the Gunner was my first cocktail.

But, my dignity recovered when I found out later that Angostura bitters is 44% alcohol.

Decent lah πŸ˜›

CanapΓ©s from Artemis' grill, we indulged in sweet toasty grilled green peppers.

We also had chorizo, jamon Iberico, Oritz anchovy, and other savoury Spanish bites to go with our drinks.

Artemis Grill & Sky Bar is a great rooftop to chill, hangout in Singapore.
