Red Zone Stalls Guide for Chinatown Complex Food Centre Singapore. 3 of 4 Parts

Red-Zone-Chinatown -Complex-Food-Centre-Singapore

Every time I come to Chinatown Complex Food Centre, I am thrilled by the sheer number of food stalls in Singapore's largest hawker centre with 226 stalls. But, the problem is, I often don't know where to go or even where to start. Friends told me that they feel the same. So, I've put together a stall directory to help me navigate the sprawling complex and hope that it is useful for you too.

Chinatown Complex Food Centre is divided into 4 zones - Yellow, Green, Red and Blue.

The idea of this online directory is for you to tour Chinatown Complex FC on you handphone to zero in on the stall you like without having to get lost in the maze of stalls (which sometimes happen to me).

The Red Zone runs from stall #02-089 to #02-173. Red is the largest zone and this is where the world's first hawker stall awarded a Michelin Star ⭐ is located.

Here are all the food stalls in the Red Zone.

Most people would have heard of Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce chicken and many would have tried it by now. Here is my post on the stall before it was awarded One Michelin Star in 2016 ๐Ÿ‘ˆ click

Now look Hawker Chan stall #02-126.

I have not tasted it again since then because the queue is just too long ๐Ÿ˜‚

The poached birds are plump, tender, juicy and naturally sweet.
