I collected my cheesecakes at the tiny takeout kiosk at ground level, Trivex Building, Burn Road (Singapore). The cheery Cat & The Fiddle logo always makes me stop, look and smile 😊

Cat & The Fiddle Cheesecakes really live up to expectations. The hype is real.

I like Cat & The Fiddle's crumbly butter cookie base which has aromatic spices like cinnamon in the blend.

The cheese itself is a secret blend which gives it body, richness and yet is smooth. It is a pleasant blend of sweet, savoury and subtle tartness from fermentation. The tartness is the American cream cheese kind but gentler, smoother.

The different fillings and toppings give each type of cheesecake its own taste profile and character. There is bound to be something to please everyone at the party - I am quite sure.

The Naughty & Nice Devil's Chocolate has a lot of spongy cake and chocolate flavour blended with the cheese.

The Modern Duke's Pudding sounds a bit pretentious but it's a fun cheesecake with Oreo cookie and cream 😄 This is Cat & The Fiddle's top seller.

This Asian inspired Paws of Fury Yuan Yang Coffee & Tea.... eh.... not really my cup of tea because the coffee and tea tasted a little too sweet for me.

Me? My fav is Over The Moon Classic New York Cheesecake. It has the most cream cheese for the calories 😄

Apple of My Eye cheesecake with real apple and apple crumble.

Our Gula Me Gusta ondeh ondeh cheesecake is in the freezer now. We will eat it tomorrow 😋

Eh? I haven't tried their burnt cheesecake (known as Charred Eclipse) woh.... 🤔
