Pocket Wifi Review Singapore VisonData [Business Closed]
I have used the pocket wifi by VisonData during my recent trips (in 2015) to Kuala Lumpur, Port Dickson and 2 separate trips to Bangkok.
From these trips, I found VisonData pocket convenient and easy to use. It's my preferred choice for staying connected while travelling. (I have also used local telco SIM cards and observed my friends who used pocket wifi from other providers.)

Brickfields Pisang Goreng Kuih Bakul Kuala Lumpur Malaysia JK1186
While exploring Kuala Lumpur's Brickfields (KL's Little India) district, I stumbled upon this 30 year old Brickfields Pisang Goreng stall. The fried banana fritter from this humble road side stall was simply marvellous.

Chicken Rice at Cafe de Hong Kong Singapore Balestier (新天地小厨茶餐厅)
Singapore is really a chicken rice paradise. Not only do we have Hainanese and Cantonese chicken rice, we also get different variations from around Asia. Cafe de Hong Kong serves a variety of chicken rice commonly found in Hong Kong which is less common in Singapore.

Movie Review 🎦 Foodies: The Culinary Jetset - Reflections from a Singapore/ Malaysia Street Food Blogger
As an avid food blogger (since 2012), I was extremely eager to watch the movie Foodies: The Culinary Jetset (Singapore release on 16 Jul 2015).
Good Chance Popiah Singapore 好彩薄饼
Good popiah, the kind we eat at home at special get togethers where we wrap our own spring rolls together using premium hand picked ingredients are rare in Singapore. Labour intensive and costly, it's something hard to do commercially and if anyone still does it, it can only be a labour of love. Love of tradition, love of heritage and love of food that gives us identity.
Hokto Maitake Mushrooms - Now Everyone in Singapore can Eat like a Shogun JK1180
I love mushrooms because of their unique woodsy flavours and interesting spongy texture. I also love savoury sweet sauces and soups made with mushrooms because of their natural umami flavour. So I was thrilled to attend the launch of Hokto Maitake Mushrooms in Singapore.

Mak's Noodle in Singapore Centrepoint 新加坡麥奀雲吞麵世家
7 Jul 2015. Today marks the Grand Opening of the first outlet in Singapore of Hong Kong's famous Mak's Noodle. I've read and heard a lot about the famed Mak's Noodles but have never tried it in Hong Kong. So, I am glad that I can try it in Singapore (though I have no reference point of what Mak's is like in HK).

Fei Fei 肥肥 Wanton Mee of Jurong not the Fei Fei 飛飛 of Joo Chiat Singapore
Today, I managed to lure my "Eat Gang" out of their usual haunts in Singapore's fancied east to the island's ulu (remote) west. Our motley crew were on our own Journey to the West in search of the truth about Singapore's two famous wanton mee stalls, Fei Fei and Fei Fei. Here is one where West (Jurong) is preferred over the East (Joo Chiat), to my simple taste buds.
