Today's mineral water is Long Life Bad Radkersburg from Austria.
Comes in a convenient 500ml plastic bottle. Small enough to carry one or two all the time in my haversack, and big enough to quench our thirst while outside.
There's a very slight mineral briny sweet taste, pleasantness which I can feel all the way to the middle of my throat.
There's a slight pleasant fizz.
The main attraction of Long Life Bad Radkersburg which has a high TDS score of 2724 mg/l is its high calcium and magnesium content.
It has 265 mg/l calcium which is good for stronger bones. It has 193 mg/l magnesium which is good for heart health, specifically for healthy heart rhythm. I had heart bypass in 2021 and was given magnesium drip to stabilise my heart fibrillation. Magnesium is really good for a healthy heart.
The source of Long Life Bad Radkersburg mineral water is the thermal spring of Bad Radkersburg, an Austrian town at the border with Slovenia.
Bad Radkersburg founded in the 13th century has a population of around 3,000 and is popular with tourists who come to enjoy its spa resorts based on its thermal spring.
