White Rabbit is collaborating with Red House Seafood to showcase traditional dim sum and cuisine with nostalgic White Rabbit candy flavours.

Growing up with milky sweet White Rabbit candy which I associate with Chinese New Year and joy, I was curious to try the White Rabbit and Red House Seafood creations.

How many white rabbits in this photo?

Will I like it? I wondered. The only way to know is to give it a try.
Red House Seafood is located in Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel which is just steps away (less than 5 minutes walk) from Havelock MRT station.

Red House Seafood is on level 2, just above the hotel reception. Go up by escalator.

椰子大白兔奶蛋挞 Coconut White Rabbit Egg Tart.

Silky-smooth rich soft moist light creamy not overly sweet custard of White Rabbit candy and coconut milk in a feathery crumbly flaky golden tart shell.

南洋香辣手撕蟹肉陪黃金蟹馒头 Nanyang-style Hand-peeled Crab Meat & Golden Crab Mantou.

A modern way of enjoying chili crab 🦀 

Golden crab bun made with flour and White Rabbit candy. Firm spongy, slightly milky sweet.


Oops.... I bit off the cute crab. I could eat a few of these milky sweet White Rabbit crabs just by themselves 🤭

Paired with a delicious dip with generous pulled crab meat in White Rabbit sauce rich with aromatics and spices like chili and lemongrass. Mildly spicy hot, I was enjoying the dip neat.

The lazy man's way of eating chili crab. Me - Nowadays, I don't like to struggle with hard shells and risk my precious old man teeth on it.

黄金蟹馒头+辣椒螃蟹酱和大白兔奶糖 Golden Crab Mantou with Duo Dip • Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce or White Rabbit Candy Dip.

The White Rabbit dipping sauce version (no spice) comes with a lightly fried mantou filled with savoury crabmeat. I didn't try this no spice sauce version as it was available only for lunch (we were at Red House for dinner).


蜂巢炸芋 Taro Puff with White Rabbit Filling 

Crispy, honeycomb-textured yam puff filled with warm sweet savoury molten White Rabbit candy.

红豆芝麻煎堆 Sesame Ball with Red Bean & White Rabbit Curd.

Classic sesame seed-coated tender chewy glutinous rice ball filled with velvety red bean paste and White Rabbit candy curd.

翡翠葱姜海南鸡 Hainanese Chicken with Bentong Ginger and Scallion Sauce.


This was good. Boneless, velvetly smooth, tender soft, juicy, full flavoured. The Bentong ginger and scallion relish was aromatic with subtle ginger zing which complemented the chicken's savoury sweetness perfectly. We all love it.

脆米高汤海鲜肉泡饭 Seafood Pao Fan -  Asian Rice Porridge Style with Crispy Rice.


Seafood porridge with puffed rice, like poached chicken are Singaporean favourites now.

Jasmine rice steeped in seafood and melon broth, rich in umami savoury sweetness. Load it with pulled fresh crab meat and add puffed rice, we get more flavour and a mix of soft tender and poppy crispness.

We love this.

罗汉上素 "Simple" stir fried mixed vegetables.

"Simple" dishes like this showcased the mastery of the chef. The vegetables were stir fried with oil and sauce, just enough to drive out the raw green taste but with all the crunchy textures and sweetness in the juices inside well sealed and retained for us to enjoy.

香炸白兔奶糖雪糕 Deep-Fried White Rabbit Ice Cream.

White Rabbit milk ice cream, battered and deep-fried until golden - crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside.

Don't spend too much time photographing the fried ice cream as it will melt into sauce. Still have White Rabbit milk flavour but not the ice cream texture 🤭

Don't be like Tony 😅


Okay if you are mad enough about White Rabbit, they now even have White Rabbit scented hand cream 😁

We didn't try these wines, so couldn't comment on them.
