Guide to Popular Hawker Stalls @ Chong Pang Food Centre in Yishun 😋 Old, slightly grimy but well loved

Chong_Pang_Food_Centre_Yishun

Chong Pang Wet Market & Food Centre in Yishun has some 50 food stalls. It's an old, slightly grimy place but well loved and always packed during meal times and on weekends. Prices here are wallet and family friendly. These are the most popular stalls in the hawker centre.

Haji Ali Cooked Food @ Chong Pang Hawker Centre. Make their Own Rice Cakes for Lontong

Excellent lontong in Chong Pang - they make their own rice cakes, the tofu is so soft, the vegetable curry so tasty, the sambal chili is not too spicy nor salty. $2.50 a serving is good value though it is just the size of a big snack.

This was my first time tasting Chuan Kee's braised duck. I like its mildly savoury sweet herbal taste with very subtle duck gaminess 🦆

I was introduced to Siang Siang by a friend who grew up with this fishball noodles from the Kampong Chong Pang days. We come to Chong Pang Hawker Centre for lunch occasionally and we would often have Siang Siang fish ball noodles. We would never get tired of it.
