Stalking the area around KSL Mall for good food, I stumbled upon this banner announcing the opening of a Bak Cheng bak kut teh stall.

In 2006, Bak Cheng Bak Kut Teh 木清肉骨茶 was awarded the title of King of Bak Kut Teh in Malaysia.

This old Bak Cheng bak kut teh was declared the King of Bak Kut Teh in Malaysia by (leading Malaysian Chinese language newspaper) Guangming Daily 光明日报 in 2006. The panel of judges was led by celebrity food critic Chua Lam 蔡澜.
