One of the most fascinating artefacts at the National Museum of Singapore is this gold armlet known as Majapahit Gold.
It was discovered in 1928 near the summit of today's Fort Canning Hill when workers were doing earthworks for the sewage system.

In Shunde 顺德, one of the UNESCO Cities of Creative Gastronomy, there is roast goose, of course, and there is also flaming drunken goose - a Shunde staple. Many locals swear that 大地醉鹅 is the best place for this unique goose dish.

They have been well received by the notoriously famously fastidious discerning palates of Guangzhou locals as the daily full house and long queues attest.
