O Kee Roast Delight O 记 🦆 Third Generation of Toh Kee Roast Duck Preserving a 100 Year Old Legacy 🦆 Formerly Wen Dao Ji 文道记
Though not as tender or juicy as I like my roast ducks, I was blown away by the flavour of Wen Dao Ji's rendition of the Cantonese classic. It's that old school savoury flavour that I have not found anywhere else in Singapore.

Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu Yong Tau Foo Singapore People's Park 驰名永祥興豆腐 ⭐⭐⭐✱✱
I have a former colleague who is a big fan of Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu. Every time we were at People's Park food centre, he would volunteer to queue and buy us yong tau foo for lunch. We joked that he must be a shareholder of Yong Xiang Xing Dou Fu 😝
