At Ayam Gepuk Top Global Larkin, the chili is fresh and sharp. The cashew nut sauce is thick, nutty, creamy, rich, like crunchy chunky nut butter.
I also like their thick sweet savoury kicap manis sauce which I feel is essential for ayam gepuk.
Kobis (fried cabbage) was okay ๐ I prefer thicker more crunchy fried cabbage but this moderate cut was still nice - savoury sweet juicy crunchy.
A lot of people swear by Ayam Gepuk Top Global. Come and try it. This might become a favourite of yours too
