Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand Hawkers 2016 - 2026 Full List • A True Blue Singaporean View

This Singapore Michelin guide Bib Gourmand list is created to make enjoying Singapore hawker food as easy and enjoyable as possible for all, but especially for visitors with limited time in Singapore.

These are my own independent reviews of the 100+ Michelin Bib Gourmand listed hawker stalls.

Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon • It's All About the Tee Poh Soup📍Blk 416 Bedok North 文慶路鱼頭米粉 ☎ 87777730

Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon is a popular, tasty and affordable fish soup spot in Bedok about 15 minutes walk from Bedok MRT station.

(*No longer at Boon Keng Road hor.)

Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap📍Tampines Round Market & Food Centre 一品味卤鸭 粿汁

Yi Pin Wei Braised Duck Kway Chap at Tampines Round Market & Food Centre is a Michelin guide recommended food stall.

New World Teochew Mutton Soup📍Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre 新世界羊肉汤

Stalking Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre, I circled the food stalls a few times. Passed New World Mutton Soup a few times but didn't stop because I didn't smell any gaminess 羊膻味.

Tien Lai Rice Stall Roast Pork, Duck, Char Siew 📍 Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre 天来飯店 ☎ 96719441

Second time having lunch at Tien Lai Rice Stall - it is actually a roasts stall serving roast pork belly (sio bak or siew yok), char siew, and roast duck eaten with rice.

Jason Penang Cuisine • Hokkien Mee, Laksa, Fried Kway Teow📍ABC Market 檳城小吃 ☎ 98495815

Came to try the Penang style Hokkien mee from Jason Penang Cuisine stall at ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre.

Before I go any further, Penang style Hokkien mee is soupy and totally different from Singapore style fried Hokkien mee and KL style (black) fried Hokkien mee.
