SuperMi Onion Chicken Flavour Perisa Ayam Bawang Instant Noodle from Indonesia by Indofood.



Inside the packet, a noodle block and three sachets of seasoning powder, chili powder and fried shallot oil.



The noodle block is fried but not overly greasy.



The seasoning powder consists mainly of salt, MSG and various plant extracts.



Dried chili powder.



Bits of shallot (unions) fried in palm oil. The oil released a pleasant fragrance when I cut open the tiny sachet. 



My bowl of hot noodle soup with fried shallot aroma was ready in 3 minutes.



The curly noodles were soft with good bounce. The noodles tasted slightly of wheat.



The salt, MSG and extract flavoured "chicken" broth didn't taste like chicken to me. But the fried shallots did a got job to give the broth a more authentic aroma.





The dip stick test. The broth was moderately greasy. I didn't finish the broth.
