Durian Cendol at Nyonya Sister in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru

I have been looking for a good durian cendol in JB after my favourite stall in Johor Jaya closed. I think I finally found a good one at Nyonya Sister in Paradigm Mall.

在新山 Paradigm Mall 的 Nyonya Sister 那里有猫山王榴莲 cendol. 8块钱有猫山王榴莲. 又香又甜, 我喜欢. 10块钱的榴莲 cendol 还有一粒泰国香椰做的冰淇淋. 更甜更香, 我更喜欢. 喜欢吃甜, 吃猫山王的朋友可以试试哦. Shopping 来这里歇歇脚也不错. 在 Paradigm Mall 底层 Village Grocer 对面 Subway 旁边 (GF Lot 37A).



Nyonya Sister's durian cendol is a mound of shaved ice set in a bowl of fresh coconut milk with boiled kidney beans, pandan "worms" and a huge dollop of Mao Sang Wang (Musang King) durian flesh which is drizzled with gula Melaka.



It's just layers of sweetness, one on top of another, layer over layer of pleasure. A truely decadent indulgence which I need not describe too much 😆



If that is not enough, Nyonya Sister have upped the ante with Durian Cendol Ice Cream where ice is replaced with coconut ice cream imported from Thailand 😱 The best of Thailand together with the best of Malaysia, like that, win already lor 😄



Still not enough? You can push the limit further with as much gula Melaka as you like 😄



Wash all that sugar down with a zesty honey and lemon juice with butterfly pea flower and mint.



Prices are reasonable for the luxurious treat with Mao Shan Wang - durian cendol for RM8 and durian cendol ice cream for RM10.



Nyonya Sister is an ideal pit stop to cool your heels at the sprawling Paradigm Mall - it's just across the aisle from Village Grocer at the ground level. It is perfect if you are a durian or cendol lover.
