Today's Wine & Pintxo Night was hosted at The Vault at The Alkaff Mansion.
I mean, I've been to The Alkaff Mansion many times since the 1990s, but never knew all this time that they have a wine cellar known as The Vault.
What goes on in there? 🤔
The Vault @ The Alkaff Mansion is a wine cellar where they hold special, exclusive events.
Tell no one 🤫
It's a well kept secret 😅
Tonight, we were here to taste pintxos and Spanish wines, seven different premium select wines specifically.
The exquisite pintxos were personally prepared by executive chef Tom Kung of UNA Spanish Restaurant.
The party was graced by a 9 kilo Carrasco Ibérico Bellota, 100% free range, pasture finished, acorn-fed Jamón Ibérico ham.
