I just found out that some people have been impersonating Johor Kaki on social media.
These are fake:
I launched Johor Kaki in Dec 2011. That's 14 years already. During this time, I personally created thousands of articles, word by word, photo by photo. Visited thousands of eating places.
Gratefully many people enjoy my work, share my passion and support Johor Kaki on Blogspot, Facebook, and Instagram.

Johor Kaki received official recognition - awarded the best food blog award from the Malaysia Tourism Ministry in 2013, and the best food blog award from the Singapore Ministry of Information & the Arts in 2013 and 2014.
Johor Kaki collaborated with tourism authourities, universities, Singapore and international broadcasters, Singapore government and international government departments / agencies on food heritage and culture.
Johor Kaki published a guide book Find Dining with Johor Kaki in 2016.
Johor Kaki is committed to continue my work for food heritage and culture as long as I can eat and write.
I therefore urge you to refrain from registering and using the name Johor Kaki on social media as it would be undermining the work I have done for the last 14 years and also in the future.
For restaurants, if anyone claiming to be "Johor Kaki" approach and pitch you for business, know that it is not the real Johor Kaki. I would never do that.
It is fake. An imposter.
Also, I have no staff, no partner, no agent, nor does anyone or company represent me.
Johor Kaki is only me, Tony Boey.
