SAKE SAKE • Sake Festival with Uniquely Singapore Food Pairings • 26 & 27 Sep 2026📍Shukuu Izakaya & Mirai Sake Hall ☎ 96467215

Shukuu Izakava & Mirai Sake Hall at 8 Stanley Street presents the fourth edition of SAKE SAKE festival on 26 and 27 Sep 2026.

Sake enthusiasts have been waiting for this event, and if you are curious about the pleasures of the national drink of Japan, you should not miss this opportunity to explore the fascinating world of exquisite Japanese rice wine.

Mario, chef-owner of Shukuu Izakaya and his team of certified sake sommeliers are not holding anything back. This will be the biggest SAKE SAKE yet.

Be prepared to taste 100+ free-flow sakes & other Japanese beverages from latest seasonal and craft arrivals, specialty hot nama sakes, new homebrews to familiar favourites.

Only 30% of the selection are refreshed from previous editions of SAKE SAKE, so even seasoned enthusiasts and SAKE SAKE veterans can look forward to new experiences and delights.

One of the highlights of SAKE SAKE is food pairings curated by Mario and his team who are diehard sake lovers and hard core foodies.

Try hot sake paired with oden and soba ramen.

I am constantly amazed by how correct food pairing can enhance our enjoyment of both the dish and the sake by quantum leaps.

You have to experience it yourself to understand what I mean.

This time Mario is outdoing even himself.

He is going to open our palates to pairings of sake with Singapore cuisine. Imagine laksa with sake. How is that going to work? What other surprises does Mario have up his sleeves?

The only way to find out is to come for SAKE SAKE 😀

Mario and his team will personally guide and assist you in your sake and food adventure so you get the best from the session.

Enjoy to your hearts' content, and then take some home with you.
