Spaghetti Bolognese ($22) and 120 days grass fed 200g ribeye steak ($29) from Pizza Addiction's takeaway / delivery menu.
The spaghetti lost a bit of al dente bite on transit plus I left it for more than an hour before eating. Warmed it up with steam before eating. There's still a bit of residual bite which was nice.
All the flavours of the Bolognese sauce were intact even though it looked a bit sparse. The savoury beefy sweet flavours were well balanced, and pronounced. The sauce is a blend of ground beef, vegetables and milk. The sauce was so thick and rich in depth of flavours, I mistook the milk for molten cheese 🤭
It's really delicious.
Okay, we warmed up the steak in a pre-heated toaster and transferred it to a plate, so it's easier to cut. I love that deep reddish pink colour, cooked to medium doneness which I like for my steaks nowadays.
Texture was tender juicy, slightly chewy. Flavour was great - beefy, mild peppery with a bit of savoury-saltiness. Salt and black pepper is the best seasoning for great ribeye!
So, delicious.

I've tried Pizza Addiction's pizzas at their restaurant before, before Heightened Alert. They were good. I especially like their thick crust pizza topped with parma ham slices.
We enjoyed our spaghetti and steak from HQ Italia Pizza Addiction together with zero calorie Vichy Catalan Premium Tonic Water courtesy of buddy Sam Wu, Singapore's one and only water sommelier. Yes, you read correct, water also have sommelier one hor... . You'll be surprised how deep is the pool of water knowledge.
