I was in the good hands of JB makan kaki kaki. After our third coffee 😂 they brought me to KSL City Mall for lunch at Pin Wan Wan Mini Bowl.

Pin Wan Wan is located at the lower ground floor (street level) of KSL City Mall, around the corner from Lotus supermarket, Moonlight Cake House, Nam Heong egg tarts, etc.

The idea is cooked dishes in pretty individual ceramic bowls kept warm by steam and covered for hygiene.

Diners pick from a wide range of warm, freshly cooked dishes, to make a sumptuous and scrumptious spread of dishes accompanied with rice or porridge.

Pin Wan Wan offers convenience and affordable prices without compromising on freshness and hygiene of cooked dishes. Think of it as dim sum or tapas in a mini bowl.

They also have cook-on-order dishes. To order, just pick the card, hand it over to the staff, they will cook it and your dish is on the way to you.

So be yourself, pick whatever catches your fancy.

辣子鸡 Spicy popcorn chicken (I call it). This is a cooked-to-order dish.

I like this. The tender moist chicken meat was encased in a spicy savoury crisp airy batter shell. Addictive like popcorn!

I like this stir fried pork dish. Soft tender moist thin pork slices, savoury sweet with full depth of flavours. Another dish which I couldn't put my chopsticks down on.

Stir fried slivers of potato. Crunchy, savoury, sweet. Hints of spicy heat. I ran out of words to describe how I couldn't stop eating 😂 🤭

My makan kaki kaki like this soft spongy, juicy eggplant saturated with savoury sweet spicy sauce.

Steamed egg custard with salted egg yolk.

Lala soup. Fresh and very well cleaned, without any trace of grit at all 👍 Umami savoury sweet clam soup.

This was complimentary or just RM2, I can't remember. Crisp crunchy tissue thin potato slices with savoury spicy seasoning. How to stop, you teach me 🤣

Soft subtly crunchy fungus in a sweet stew. Their desserts are solid too. Loaded and is a dish in itself.

Celebrate mission accomplished!

Not hard because the food was delicious. And, we got a reinforcement 😄 Now move on to the next makan spot 😁 We were having fun, enjoying each other's company and friendship with good food.
