What is it about You Kee XO roast duck that wins it legions of fans who rave about it? The golden brown duck skin is crispy and falls off the meat. Almost all of the fats are melted off the duck during the roasting process. What is left is juicy firm yet tender duck meat infused with the herbs and sauces used to marinate it.

Chewing the tender and firm flavourful flesh together with the crispy sweet caramelised skin is a delicious treat to the taste bud.
