Poon Kee Wanton Noodle stall #01-200 appeals with their thin yet springy noodles which are enveloped in a tasty savoury spicy aromatic sauce. The char siew is lean and dry, the wantons are plump - overall they serve a likeable wanton mee that wins fans.

Lu Fang Zhou Pin stall #01-206 have their own loyal following for their comforting congee. They have a range of different ingredients - pork slices, liver, century egg, cuttlefish, fish slices, etc. No robust or assertive flavours but tasty enough, neither too thick nor thin - that's what keeps fans coming back to Lu Fang Zhou Pin. I appreciate it that Lu Fang still fry their own garlic and shallot.

Joo_Siah_Bak_Koot_Teh

While in the Yuhua Place area, you might want to check out
Joo Siah Bak Koot Teh which is in BLK 349, a coffee shop just beside the hawker centre (BLK 347). Joo Siah used to be a stall inside the hawker centre before they moved to their present location right next to its old address.

Lee's_Confectionary

Still in the Yuhua Place vicinity at BLK 343 is
Lee's Confectionary. Lee's serve French pastries and specialty coffee which are perfect after a nice meal at Yuhua Place hawker centre.

Chinese_Garden_MRT

Yuhua Place Market & Hawker Centre is about 5 minutes walk from Chinese Garden MRT station. Almost the whole walk is under covered walkways, so it is very comfortable rain or shine.

Yuhua_Place_Market_Hawker_Centre

Yuhua Place Market & Hawker Centre is sometimes confused with another hawker centre nearby, Yuhua Village Market & Food Centre (which also have its own popular food stalls). The two hawker centres are 10 minutes walk apart.

If you are coming here, remember it is Place not Village. Yeah, I made the mistake myself once before 😂 🤫
